Physical Books

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your book purchase, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Books must be in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Pre-Orders: Pre-order purchases can be refunded in full at any time before the book ships. Once shipped, the standard 30-day return policy applies.

Digital Products

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, we offer a 14-day refund period. If the content isn't what you expected, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

We may ask for feedback to understand how we can improve, but refunds are provided no questions asked within the 14-day window.

Community Memberships (Skool)

7-Day Trial Period

New members can cancel within 7 days for a full refund. After 7 days, you may cancel anytime, but refunds are not provided for partial months. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

Consulting Services

Consulting sessions (Strategy Calls, Facility Audits) can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows are not refundable. If you're unsatisfied with your session, contact us within 48 hours to discuss a resolution.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number and email used for purchase
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
  4. We'll respond within 24-48 hours

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be provided for:

  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago (physical) or 14 days ago (digital)
  • Damaged books due to customer mishandling
  • Abuse of refund policy (multiple refund requests)
